Print Terms and Conditions
PRINT PROOFS
You have 2 days to approve of your print proof, if we don't hear back within 2 days, your proof will be automatically approved and we will proceed with production.
Once your proof is approved, the design is considered final. No further changes can be made after approval. It is crucial to carefully review and confirm all aspects of the proof before giving the green light for printing.
PIXELATION DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that the quality of your print is contingent upon the artwork you provided and the quality of the provided proof. If the proof is pixelated, the printed version will also exhibit pixelation. To ensure the best print results, we recommend submitting high-resolution images and designs.
ARTWORK SCALE DISCLAIMER
We are committed to producing your stickers with the highest level of quality. When preparing your artwork, we will maximise its size within your chosen dimensions while keeping the original proportions intact. However, to maintain the scale and quality of your design, the final sticker size may be slightly smaller than ordered. Rest assured, we will NEVER stretch or distort your artwork.
If you are unsure how your artwork scales, we highly recommend requesting a print proof to see the final sizes before production begins.
QR CODE DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that Sticker Warehouse do not take any responsibility for printed QR codes and their ability to scan after print. To ensure your QR code works correctly it needs to be a minimum of 25mm x 25mm and supplied in high resolution. QR codes that have been modified sometimes do not work, our team are more than happy to test this for you if requested.
COLOUR SPACE CONVERSION
Sticker Warehouse operates in the CMYK colour space for printing. Any RGB files submitted will be automatically converted to CMYK. Understanding the difference between RGB and CMYK is vital for achieving accurate and vibrant colours. Learn more about this conversion process by visiting our blog here
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed, modifications can only be made before the proof approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check the proof for any errors or changes needed.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Sticker Warehouse is committed to delivering high-quality prints. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact our customer service team promptly for resolution.
RIGHT TO REFUSE PRINT
Sticker Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any orders that include content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or indecent.
Sticker Warehouse is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringements related to customer-submitted designs. Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork is free of any legal violations. If the customer does not own the copyright to the design Sticker Warehouse may not be able to print it.
PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
Production times provided on our website and promotional materials reflect our standard production schedule. While Sticker Warehouse strives to deliver fast turnarounds with every order, we are not responsible for any extended production times or unforeseen delays.
DARK STICKER BORDER
Any colour that has a CMYK value above 50% is considered a dark border. If your design includes a border with darker tones or solid colours exceeding this threshold, it will be classified as having a dark border and will follow the extended drying process prior to laminating. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Sticker Warehouse offers free express shipping within Australia. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Sticker Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers are permitted to cancel their order at any time before the proof process or production has commenced, depending on which option they chose when ordering, without incurring any fees.
If a customer has received a proof and wishes to cancel their order, a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee is up to $35. If your order is below $35 you will not be entitled to any money back, if your order is over $35 we will deduct the proofing fee from your total.
Once production has begun on the order, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
